PB&J Giveaway

Contest Details:
Be listening all this week as we give away a PB&J! Peanut Butter and Winter Jam that is! Well technically it’s Winter Jam tickets for you, and five of your closest family or friends, and yep: we will include a loaf of bread, a jar of peanut butter, and a jar of jam for the winners to enjoy as they head to Springfield for Winter Jam on March 26th. This year’s Winter Jam artists include Skillet, Building 429, Dara MacClean, Sanctus Real, and many more! When you hear the Winter Jam sounder, be one of the first five callers to get registered for that day’s drawing. (One entry per person per day please). At the end of each weekday, we will draw and announce that day’s winner for the PB&J giveaway.

Prize Details:
Six Winter Jam tickets, a loaf of bread, a jar of peanut butter, and a jar of jam.

Spirit FM General Contest Rules

These rules are applicable to all Spirit FM contests unless specifically noted otherwise for a particular contest.

1. No purchase necessary. No prize substitution is allowed. Prizes are non-transferable and not negotiable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any. Spirit FM will distribute an IRS Form 1099 to the winners of all prizes valued at $600 or more, based on the information given to Spirit FM by prize donors.

3. Only one winner per household, unless stated differently on the air. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Winning households may not win the same contest twice within a 15 day period. Most Spirit FM contests are open to all listeners, but some contests may have age or other restrictions. Minors are required to travel with a parent or legal guardian where and when necessary.

4. Employees of Spirit FM and their immediate family members, and Board Trustees of the Lake Area Educational Broadcasting Foundation, are not eligible to participate to win normal contests, but they may receive premiums offered during our Days of Glory fund-raiser.

5. By participating, winners grant permission for their voice and telephone call to be recorded and rebroadcasted for promotional use on Spirit FM and waive their rights to any royalties or remuneration.

6. Spirit FM reserves the right to limit the winning of major prizes to once every 6 months.

7. Unless distributed by mail, all prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning unless otherwise specified. In the event of travel prizes, winners must respond to email or phone messages within 3 business days or prizes will be forfeited. Spirit FM is not responsible for, nor obligated to replace, any lost, stolen, or damaged prize sent through the U.S. Mail.

8. Spirit FM is not responsible for technical failure including, but not limited to reception, telecommunications equipment, including cell phone call drops, internet access, database storage or operator error.

9. DISCLAIMERS: All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply. Contests are void where prohibited by law. As stated in section 2 above, winners are responsible for any and all taxes associated with the acceptance of their prize. Winners also accept all liabilities for use of prize. The above-named organization accepts no liability or responsibility for damages, losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.

10. Spirit FM reserves the right to amend or change the above rules at any time without notice, as well as end any contest at any time. All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners, and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant by virtue of entering the contest agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.
